Does the housing benefit claim sound very low?

So we applied for housing benefit, at the moment my partner is not working and not claiming anything, so all we get is tax credits for 3 kids and child benefit. I work in a min wage job earning approx £220-£230 per week

We got the notice this morning we are entitled to £46 per week and no rates either.

Is it me or is that rather low?
