So the situation I've found myself in is this. I'm leaving my job in a week's time. I'm pretty certain I would be classed as voluntarily unemployed, and get no JSA for 13 weeks. The money I have in the bank will last me roughly that length of time anyway.
My question is this. If 13 weeks passes and I still haven't found another job, would I at that point get JSA straight away, with 13 weeks already having passed since I left my job? Or would I be sanctioned straight away for a further 13 weeks?
