Glad to say that the local council of a friend has been made to pay him backdated discount for disabled. He had to move to a bigger property a while ago and also had to have his home adapted somewhat. The council were aware of this but never deducted the discount , it was decided by a Tribunal , after quite a long and costly defence at the Taxpayers' expense. Tribunal decided it was clear from the onset the council were in the wrong. Some at the council will have to do with 2 lunches per day instead of the usual 4.
