I know that person who come to this country have to spend 6 months before they can claim, but what if that person has lived in this country for 6 years and is getting ESA in the EU country and now came back to live in UK...( she has spend 2,5 years abroad in EU country, could she have some special terms and conditions or does she have to wait until 6 months period.
