Hi, my 69 yr old MIL left her 2nd husband today and we have helped her find somewhere to live etc and will support her until her claims are processed.
As none of us have applied for pension credits and LHA things before + we are going through the forms and want to make sure everything is 100% correct.
It asks if she is married OR living with someone as if married on HB form....she will be 'married' until the divorce goes through but she is not living with him and we won't give her any financial support at all.
Do we tick NO PARTNER?
There is a separated question on the pension credit form so we can tick that.
