Letter is titled Annual Review for year ended 5/4/13
First paragraph says "we told you that we would be contacting you to review this tax credits award which has now ended"
This is the bit I don't understand...... third para ...... "if youneed to tell us anything once you have completed your Annual Review please phone us straight away. If you do not have anything to tell us you need do nothing more"
Basically my question is, has anybody had a similar letter and could they explain it to me. Yes I could ring their helpline but half the time you can't get through and then its press 1 for this and 2 for that, and on top of that it bumps up my fone bill.
I do so wish these letters were a little clearer. Thanks to anybody who responses. (I am still working 32 hours a week as per my original claim if that is of help). Thanks.
