ESA claim

Hi,

I was wondering if i should to make a claim for ESA before seeing my GP.

I won't be able to get any sick note until then as i have no medical history and the doctor i was assigned to has never seen me.

My appointment is not for another 2 weeks, how far would i get without a sick note?
