I've got my Atos assessment soon. I can only go where there are other people accompanied by my husband, CPN or support worker
Hubby will be coming with me to the interview and I don't want him to know that I still prowl the house looking for things to overdose on. He thinks I just forgot to refill my sleeping pill prescription and that I've decided aspirin works better than paracetamol, but in fact I decided they were too risky to have around.
Since one could work while being suicidal, I think it's OK just not to mention it. I have a letter from my NHS therapist to hand in, describing my diagnosis and its effects and I don't honestly expect to be able to stay for much of the interview. Any comments? Having looked at the areas that points are awarded for , I think just being unable to deal with public places ought to be enough.
