ECHR - Remedying Unlawful UK Laws.
Just had a call from a friend who used his entitlement to go to the European Court of Human Rights. On Friday he learned of his success regarding being given a Council Tax bill from 2004 on his return from working abroad last year. Not sure of the finer detail but all along his appeals here in UK he was told he was wrong and that was the Law here in the UK , even at the High Court. The ECHR remedied the situation and explained to the High Court etc how they were wrong. Please understand that you are entitled to consider using the ECHR as your right , regardless of people in the UK trying to put you off. Another success story and it saved him £5 thousand pounds.
