Reclaiming ESA

Hi there,

I'm looking for advice of what to expect and how to deal with it, I'm suffering from depression and anxiety and was claiming ESA, I had failed the WCA scoring 0 points and was appealing the decision although just as I got my appeal papers through I was offered a job.

Hoping I could hold the job down and feeling pressured by the looming appeal I took the job and signed off ESA (getting told my appeal would stop with this) but this was short lived after I took panic attacks and was let go due to the amount of time it was taking me to finish up (I was a mess and couldn't cope at all; it only lasted two weeks part time).

I've had no problem getting a continuation fit note from my doctor and I applied for ESA on Friday and am just waiting on the statement getting sent out but on Saturday I still received a letter from the tribunals service asking if I want to go ahead with my appeal...

I'm wondering what the rules are governing reclaims of ESA within short periods of time for instance will it be an entirely new claim where I'll have to attend another WCA after 3 months or will it take off from where I left it and I should tell the tribunal service I still intend to appeal?

I'm going to phone them tomorrow morning but I was hoping someone here might've been through something similar?
