i was made redundant in june 2012 when i was about 12 weeks pregnant, i then had no choice but to sign on until i could claim my maternity, my maternity ends in june this year.
i currently get child tax credits but would i be entitled to any working tax credits for last year? i was working full time and my earnings for 2012-2013 amount to £3500 inc JSA. my partner does not work but is looking for work self employed and does not claim jsa. he has no earnings for last year as he spent a lot of time abroad. im going back to work end of june but for 14 hours a week.
