Could someone please give me advice, I am on long term IB due to a serious illness and I enquired about a new boiler grant.
I was told that if I was on ESA or DLA with one more additional component for example a child in education I would get it.
Why are they excluding people who have still not migrated to ESA ? or is this maybe just an oversight on the part of legislators drawing up the criteria.
On speaking to the energy supplier, energy saving trust etc, they did not know IB still existed and do believe it is unfair also.
Any ideas ?
