ESA Question regarding medication

I have been sent the ESA50 form from Atos, as it has been a year since I last sent a form in.

I suffer from a range of mental health problems, and including health Anxiety, anyways, at the end of last year my psychiatrist discharged me, and gave told me to continue on the high dose of anti psychotics etc. I wasnt happy that she discharged me, and the fact that everytime I went for an appointment all she did was increase the dose of my anti psychotic meds, even though I kept telling her they made me feel really ill, and gave me severe headaches, which made it feel like my brain was shaking.

After I was discharged, I complained to my GP, and they did another referral to mental health, I kept chasing this up and never got a response, the meds were making me feel really poorly, so I weaned myself off them.

I did a self referral to a counselling service, who contacted the mental health people, and they managed to get me another appointment with a psychiatrist.

My question is, will Atos penalise me when I put on the ESA50 form that I weaned myself of the anti psychotic medication.
