I have been working on some software for a number of months now and it is not quite finished but i have had a couple of enquiries from businesses and individuals about purchasing the software.
I have yet to work out a price for the software but it is unlikely to be too expensive.
Would this make me self-employed or would there be a better way to do this? Also would have it any effect on my benefits?
At the moment i am out of work and claiming JSA, Housing Benefit and Council Tax benefit.
