Dwp

I recently realised that my pension isn't 'full' and I don't know why, so I wrote to the DWP to ask - and I've so far written 3 times and no reply.
I've a problem with my voice so can't use the phone (although I gather they don't answer that either!)
Any idea who I can complain to, or any other way of getting the info I need?
