dla decision in my favour, no need to appeal, letter from tribunal refused

hi had ese tribunal who looked at my dla at same time, dla have changed decision in my favour, with out it going to appeal, i phoned appeals up to cansel my tribunal, but it still went ahead with out any of my notes and refused,
what happends now, please help
