ESA - Eligible for subsidised travel?

Hello,

I was on Income-Based JSA until very recently when I transferred to ESA.

On JSA, I was eligible for a discount on public transpost via an authorised photocard. However, this has now expired and I would like to renew it.

Does anyone know if I am still eligible for this discount on public transport now that I am on ESA, please?
