working tax credit

hi all

since the start of april, we have lost our working tax credit, its only £28 a week but it really does help.

i think it was stopped sue to me having a temp job last year for a couple of months and us going over the limit, but as i said this was a temporary job

based on this years income we would be entitled to it, is there anyway i can ask them to base it on this years income?
