Tax credits entitlement tables...

Hi, does anyone know, in these tables, whether the amount of income is a threshold ie if you earn £10,200 does that push you into the next bracket of payments ie the £15k earning bracket or is it s sliding scale eg between 10k and 15k? Thanks
