DLA for children & Benefit Cap advice please

Asking for a friend - she has been told that the benefit cap will not affect her as 2 of her children receive DLA, however, when she entered her details into turntous and entitledto calculators, they both said that her money would still be cut.
Does the DLA not get included in these calculators so whatever it says she will be entitled to, does she then have to put her DLA figures on top to figure out her weekly amount?
