Self Employed Benefits Form

Hi all

This might be a stupid question, but I've recently started doing freelance work and not sure how to fill in the form. I do some admin work for a charity that pays me as a freelancer, and a little bit of freelance website work.

So in terms of business costs, I don't think I have any, stock, transport, VAT or anything else. I put all of the business earnings down as wages paid to myself.

Is this the right way to fill it in?
