I was awarded 0 points at my Atos assessment last October (no surprise there). I sent in the form to appeal and have been told the tribunal service will be in touch with a date.
However, I finally received the report of the assessment after having to request it 3 times from the DWP. It's just full of errors and the nurse has embellished or lied about pretty much everything I've said, even putting in that I told her I was sacked from my last job which is utter nonsense!! I'm not really surprised considering all the stories you hear about Atos these days, but where do I go from here?
Should I air these concerns in a letter to the tribunal service? Or is it something that is frowned upon to say an Atos Representative is a liar? Is there a different approach that would be better to take?
Also, is it worth complaining to Atos? I spoke to the DWP and they said it's not their concern... nice! Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks :)
