Avoid bedroom deduction

We have a spare room and thus will be deducted 14% from our housing benefit.

Been thinking of moving in my brother who is at uni and works part time. We wound NOT charge him any digs.

Could this move impact on our Income Support claim? Would we need to declare his income?
