WTC living with parents

Hi

Firstly sorry if these questions have been asked before I just cant seem to find a solid answer, ok so Im over 25 work more than 30hrs per week, single, with no kids and who lives with parents can I get WTC ?

When I ring up to ask for an application what info do I need to tell them ?

and finally is there an estimate, if successful, how long it takes to go through and get the credit ?
