jsa /student finance question.

my son ( 20 ) is at uni, he lives with us and his girlfriend does too, she was at college but is leaving, she is 17.
what do we do money wise? he cant claim on his student loan for her as they are not married and hes under 25

she has been told she may be able to get jsa but we're confused as to if she would claim by herself or as a couple ( but hes not available for work)
