So just a few questions me and my old man are trying to get answered regarding my JSA.
I missed 1 appointment at SEETEC on the 12/12/12 which i didn't know about due to the information being stolen along with personal items in my bag, as i have no fixed abode and couch surf at friends and families. So i was put on a sanction where i would receive no benefit from the 23/01/13 - 19/02/13 i had grounds to appeal so did so which i still have not heard anything about, so due to not having any money to live i applied for hardship allowance which is a 40% less payment from my usual JSA, this has been granted from the 06/02/13 - 19/02/13 but i signed on as usual on the 5th tuesday just gone yet have not received any money??? Now, I'm due to sign on the 19/02/13 and i am afraid this is going to be a payment of a normal JSA as the sanction ends on this date, i have been told by my advisor i will not receive any money for at least 2 weeks so this will be 4 weeks i will have no living expenses yet it states the law says i need so much to live per week?
Can anyone shed any light on the matter?
