Could anyone interpret my decision notice? I was in WRAG with 18 points and appealed for support group on 2 descriptors - Activity 1 and Activity 3. My appeal was yesterday but they rang me beforehand and told me I didn't need to attend as they had already come to a decision and they were allowing my appeal. I got the decision notice today but I dont completely understand it. it says
Mrs xxx is entitled to ESA with support component.
In applying WCA 15 points were scored from the activities and descriptors in Schedule 2 of the ESA regulations 2008 made up as follows:
Descriptor 1a
The following activity and descriptor from Schedule 3 of the ESA regulations 2008 applied:
Activity 1
The Tribunal recommends that the department does not reassess the appellant within 24 months.
I don't know what they mean by schedule 2 and schedule 3. Have they just found that I only met the support group descriptors in Activity 1 and not in Activity 3? Or do they only need to find for one activity and if they allow that then they dont need to consider any other activities that I appealed against?
Also, the recommendation that I should not be reassessed with 24 months. Does this mean 24 months from yesterday or 24 months from the date of the medical assessment, which was Dec 2011?
I know it isn't imperative that I understand every word, but as I'm convinced that DWP will keep sending for me I want to know exactly what the Tribunal found in my favour and so be able to deal with any further assessments.
