Benefits and deferred pensions

Hi hope this is in the right section.
I am currently on esa support group and dla motobility.
I live in a housing association house with my wife and 4 children.
My query is i have 16 years deferred pension from the local authority which i wont get for another 16 years im 49yrs old my question is what effect will having it earlier on ill health conditions. have on any of my benefits such as housing benefit hope ive explained myself thankd for help in advance
