Hi,
I finally got my letter telling me I am up for review, and as per usual when these things arrive, I've gone in to worry hyper drive.
I get Income Support with the extra bit for being ill.
I have Mental Health problems, along with stomach problems.
I've read quite a lot of the threads on this forum about ESA, and a lot of them say to get a letter from GP and Psychiatrist.
Getting a letter from the Psychiatrist is pretty straight forward, but how straight forward is it to get a letter from a GP?
What I mean is, will the GP give a general letter covering a variety of things, or can I ask for a letter specific to my mental health and stomach.
Also, I read in some threads to ask the GP to write with the ESA descriptors in mind. Is this an OK thing to do?
Hope someone can give me advice.
Thanks.
