She is a lone parent in private rented accommodation with a 5 year old child, and works 6.25 hours per week at £6.25/hr.
She has been offered a 2nd job working 12.5 hours per week at £6.24/hr.
For this 2nd job she will have to pay child care fees of £42.50 per week.
The question is, will she be better off working than on benefits.
