I'll try and explain the best i can.
I had the esa medical,never received the decision on paper,so had to ring as i noticed my payments had dropped i used to be in the support group, this time they have awarded me 15 points and placed me in the wrag,i've rang and asked for a re-consideration,and were told to put it in writing.
My query is do i just send a standard letter asking for the re-consideration or do i send all the discrepancies from the medical report and info i have as the last time i asked, the phonecall were sufficent,so dont know quite what to send.
Also if it doesen't go in my favour and i take it to appeal,do i carry on receiving my money at wrag rate or do i drop to the assesment rate.
