Cold Weather Payments ..?

Hi, anyone in and around the BN postal area think that were gonna get a payout?
I received them before, and at the moment its freezing down here.
Anyone have any info?
Ive checked the postcode checker and it says that nothing has been generated, but does anyone think we'll get one?
