At the moment i recive £245 through the csa for maintainence for our 2 children.
My ex is now planning to change jobs and work less hours from 29 a week to 15. So his wages will be significantly less than now and will be topped up by income support.
I am worried that instead of the £245 he will only have to pay a flatrate of £5 csa money a week , can that be true at all?
He wont be reciving wtc and his wages will be £395 a month with a wife and 3 kids to look after.
So is it true he will only be liable to pay £5 a week for our 2 kids?
