Hi all, quick brief: applied esa, went medical, 0 points, appealed, got 15 points and put in support group.
Phone calls to dwp and a meeting at job centre to e-mail Court paper through, more phone calls and ring backs, eventually on Wednesday dwp rang back to say arrears will be paid in to bank in the next few days....hurrah
Saturday morning letter from dwp (always a saturday so you have to wonder and worry alllllllll weekend) saying they are holding back any arrears whilst checking for overpayments!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why didn't she mention this on the phone?????
