currently a working single parent, considering bf moving in - changes to benefits?

hi all,

i am hoping you could help. i am a full time working mum (working in admin 35 hours per week) and my child is in school and i pay for breakfast club and after school club for him, as well as getting my housing benefit paid and council tax paid by the council. in the holidays my child is in holiday club at the nursery who take him in the after school club. i have been seeing my boyfriend for 8 months and we have been talking about him moving in with me in the near future, however he is currently on job seekers allowance and actively looking for work.

would i still receive my housing benefit and council tax benefit, any would i still receive any working tax credits and child tax credits if i agreed to my boyfriend living with us, even though he doesn't have a job? i have always done everything legit as far as benefits/tax credits are concerned and want to continue to do everything legit. i am hoping we would get some help until my bf finds a job because i don't think we could live off just my wage. please help if you can :)
