I've just had a substantial drop in income due to having to reduce my working hours.
I started my reduced hours at the end of May.
I've got a tax credits application form. I've noticed in the section about my income it asks for my income for april 2012 to April 2013, but there is no where to inform them of my current income.
If I enter my income for april '12 - april 13 I wont get any tax credits as my earnings were too high, but according to the online calculator I should be able to claim £285 per year based on my current income.
How do I make them aware of my current circumstances using this form?
