Ok basically we claimed ESA back in Feb last year, had the medical in Sept and was awarded no points. So we appealed and have just had our appeal heard at the tribunal and awarded 12 points which means we are not entitled to ESA as we didn't get the 15 required. So basically where do we go from here?
One other thing I am confused about is when do they put you into a group, would it have been if they had awarded us the fifteen points?
