Ok I knew it would be hard and will go into my disagreement with their decision in a moment but first of all I only got a sick note last week from the doctor covering 2 months but the letter says they decided on the 20th of June I am not entitled for the reasons given.

Does this mean that I have to claim JSA even though doctor has signed me off? Secondly I know a relative who had problems with this before who was told if they sign on they could not appeal since that meant if they signed on they were fit for work.

As for the medical, It is as expected, I am a very nervous person who does not leave the house for days and lives off takeaways and junk and has 1 friend who I see every 2 months which actually stresses me out more, their interpretation was I can leave the house even if its once a week, I can cook food, and I can have visitors

Also they say I can handle change, this is not strictly true, I can "handle" it but more often than not dont, similar they say I can attend appointments and came across as ok at that, I am always late for doctors, I kept missing jobclub appointments when I had them as due to the stress got times and dates confused and it make smy heart race, they say I can handle small tasks but I have cables everywhere in flat, bed unmade and washing up piled up and everything is shoved in boxes in cupboard so I do not know where anything is.

I can sleep 14 hours a day easily and still not want to leave the house etc.

Anyway the basics are do I have to sign on? If so will I be able to appeal? etc
