Can someone please tell me where i can get the LTF1 form from.
Basically recently I've moved house i changed all my details with the jobcentre no problem i thought everything was ok. Then around a little over a week ago I get a threatening letter saying i must fill out and return the LTF1 form to them or they will stop my money, which they supposedly sent out a month ago.
They've sent no such form out to my address and i know there's no problem with my mail as I've had loads delivered here from them and other places. Even in the letter they sent they said they included a pre paid envelope, there's no bloody envelope either.
I've tried phoning and explaining to them they have not sent the form to me and asked them to send me out another one. The jobcentre said they would do that but eight or nine days latter the forms still not arrived.
Also i can't find the dam form online so can someone please tell me were i can find the LTF1 form please. I just want to fill the dam thing in and send it of as soon as possible.
