cheap computers for poorest households

I saw an article in the Metro last week about cheap second hand computers for those on benefits. They mentioned a computer for some as low as £24.

I assume they are referring to http://www.getonlineathome.org/ - but I can't see anything about £24 computers.

Do I have this right? Is the above the right site?
