Reclaiming After Business Failure?

Hi,

I am intending to start up my own business with my own capital and come off JSA which will leave me without any income but sales from my business if my income is low or even at a loss within the next 3-6 months and I decide to look for work again can I sign on after 6 months? Would a business failure be acceptable reason for the JSA for reclaiming?
