I called tax credits last week to inform them of a change in circumstances. During the call they said my renewal had been sent out on the 19th May. I hadn't received it so they said they would send out a new one. A week later and I still haven't received either yet. Previously they said I had to wait until I physically had the letter but seeing as 2 seem to have gone missing could I just phone up and say I've received it and renew over the phone? I'd like to get it all sorted out ASAP as we could be moving in 4-6 weeks.
