Sister is on DLA due to long term back problems.
She tells me that she can have up to £16000 in savings ( she has nothing like this amount ) before this begins to affect her benefits.
Question is :- When dealing with benefit people, is she obliged to declare any savings OR is it the case that she need not declare unless or until, the savings go over the £16000 upper limit?
