Good evening people :)
I recently renewed my TC and received a provisional award notice through the post this morning (renewed 3 weeks on saturday so a quick turnround!) - I gave my income as £11,800 when the estimated income was £14,500 for last year however on the award notice the income is still showing estimated as £14,500 not the actual income I've given them. Is this usual or should I ring them to check they actually got the correct figures?
On the first page it says thank you for renewing and we are currently looking into this so your award may change in the future. Would this mean they got the correct details from the renewal? The paperwork is different to the one I received last year so is unsure what to do and whether to leave it til the final award arrives?
Any advice received is much appreciated and thank you.
