Having found out that I have been sanctioned for failure to look for work, i am looking to appeal this.
They cant seem to decide if its due to problems with my jobsearch diary (its always completed) or if its having to cancel working programme appointment due to have job interview arranged same day.
I have not even received any letters from them telling me about the sanction or the appeal process.
I have called them up and they have gave me an appointment at JC tomorrow, I think they called it an acax appointment.
How long does appeal take and can I make them pay me JSA until the decision is made?
