Had my ESA tribunal now how long?

Do I wait for the decision? I had it on Saturday and the clerk said it was protocol at their office not to give a decision there and then but I am wondering if the DWP would know the decision if I rang? I am really losing sleep over this and would like to know how long you think I am going to have to wait? In your experience? Any way I can find out quicker?
