After waiting for many weeks my Mum got a letter from the dwp saying she does not qualify for attendance allowance. She is nearly 77 has long term high blood pressure, 180 on a good day, struggles with her breathing, just walking down the garden is a problem. If going out of the house she has a stick to help her walk and keep her balance, has giddy spells, sometimes blurred vision. According to the DWP this is not enough. How do I appeal against this decision?
