Hi All,

Im just going through some major changes to get myself through a really rough patch, cut a really long story short, i purchased my current property outright through a divorce settlement a number a years ago, ive since had 2 other children so i have 2 girls and 1 boy in a 2 bedroomed house, i worked really hard as a support worker for adults with learning difficulties until i had my son and hoped to return to work after my maternity leave, unfortunately i had quite a bad anxiety breakdown shortly after my son was born and have found myself trapped on E.S.A due to myself not qualifyin for S.S.P, i hope to return to work in the near future but ive just had to sell my property to a builder due to chronic damp and major problems with my property, that are causing health problems for my children. Basically im going to end up with a lump sum payment from my property.. How will this affect council tax support, esa, child benefit and child tax credit.. I am not greedy i just want to do everything right for my family, i will need to rent a property now and not sure how to go about everything.
