About your income - asks if I am on JSA? at the moment I am NOT BUT received some money in the last couple of days backdated from when I was sanctioned which was overturned after was signed of because last week as I struggled to get to the Jobcentre, I know there is a possibility I'll need to go back there but new prob!! - despite my crazy posts over the last couple of days yesterday I was enrolled for job starting July
(which may/may not happen of course! and feels such a way off I can't see the wood for the trees anymore) so is it better I get this council form in before re-submitting a rapid reclaim to the jobcentre anyway? despite seeing the first thing on a bank statement a JSA payment!
Next, form asks if I share paying rent, since I became 'under employed' which lead really to unemployment I didn't want a part time job, I have had a parent help with a lot of arguments to avoid going into arrears because my parents were also anti going to the council before now - this is basically last resort time, my parents want to save their money so they can take me to their home should it now come to it and if the landlord wants me out I've no savings left to cover it so need their help, I am thinking I don't share rent because my parents are not named on the AST/contract which the landlord hasn't updated since I moved in 4 years ago so I'm understanding it just has became a rolling contract? all I have recent from the LL is a letter when I had a rent increase last year, he is quite a laid back landlord if you get me, not hot on paperwork
I know I should have done this years ago :cry:
I have never been on benefits and don't really want to but no choice, I'll pray it's only for a couple of months, obviously if entitled
