Tax Credits and pension declaration?

Hi all,

I would appreciate a bit of advice as to what to declare when applying for tax credits.

Firstly I am in a pension scheme with work however I currently pay 0% of my salary into my pension but my company pays 5%,do I need to declare this?

My head is all over the place with this tax credits stuff and what to declare.

Any comments or help would be appreciated.
